Article 2 - Zéro-C and Texion: A collaboration creating 40 jobs in Montérégie
The second article presents a concrete case study of collaboration between Zéro-C and TEXION. What was initially intended to be a plant expansion project turned into a true collaborative innovation journey.
Through an approach focused on shop-floor observation, co-creation with teams, and agility, we supported Zéro-C in optimizing its manufacturing processes. This collaboration led to a significant increase in production capacity, reduced operational vulnerability, and implemented custom solutions aligned with the day-to-day reality of the plant.
