Our initial model consisted of assigning highly qualified resources—including engineers, engineering interns (EITs), technicians, and electromechanics—directly to our clients. These professionals worked on temporary or ad-hoc mandates and integrated into our partners' teams, with no permanent placement.
While this operating model effectively addressed the immediate needs of organizations, it created a certain distance from Texion's internal culture, as employees were rarely present at our offices.

Over the years, Texion has transformed its positioning to better reflect market expectations and increase the value delivered to our partners. Today, we only marginally offer outsourced technician and electromechanic services, focusing instead on a deliverable-centered approach.
This evolution translates into the design and execution of projects defined upfront, complete with precise, measurable objectives. Rather than selling hours, we deliver tangible, planned results, which allows us to optimize resource management, improve project planning, and significantly increase the success rate of our interventions.
