Industrial Technician
As an industrial technician at TEXION, you will be responsible for the maintenance, installation, and repair of mechanical equipment used in our clients' industrial and manufacturing facilities. You will play a key role in optimizing their production while ensuring a high standard of safety and quality.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment.
Diagnose malfunctions and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to carry out necessary repairs.
Oversee the installation and assembly of new industrial equipment.
Collaborate with clients' technical teams to identify challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and current procedures.
Propose technical improvements to optimize equipment efficiency and minimize downtime.
Act as a TEXION ambassador at client sites, delivering superior quality service.
Write service reports and document the work performed.
Education
DVS or DCS in industrial mechanics, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Experience in the maintenance and repair of ski lifts (asset).
Experience in the food processing and/or pharmaceutical sector (asset).
Skills & Knowledge
Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Proficiency in basic computer tools (MS Office).

Valid Class 5 driver's licence required.
