8.2. In the event of an incident involving a serious risk, we will notify the Commission d’accès à l’information (CAI) and the affected individuals, in accordance with Law 25.

9.1. Access, rectification, update, portability (EEA), withdrawal of consent, de-indexing (where applicable), restriction/objection (EEA), and erasure where permitted by law.
