To meet this challenge, TEXION designed and implemented a robotic cell equipped with an oxy-fuel cutting head: - Optimization of cutting parameters to guarantee consistent accuracy. - Design of a clamping fixture to stabilize the pipe sections and ensure a uniform cut. - Programming of cutting trajectories based on marked reference points, enabling complete automation of the process.
Results achieved: Thanks to this solution: Perfect precision and consistency were achieved for every cut. Productivity was significantly increased through automation. The client was able to reduce waste and improve the overall efficiency of their production process.
